• Bed linen and towels included for 2 people
• Bring your own sleeping bag if the nights are cold.
• If you want to bring your own mattress etc. or your own tent and be a few more people, that's fine.

• If you stay just one night + 200kr  
• Final cleaning included.

• Normal use of firewood, 1 gas can included in the price.
• You can buy extra gas cans from us, 25kr/pc. 

• Kerosine lamps.
• The kerosine lamps also heat up the cottage.
• The fire place in the cottage is not allowed to use when it´s dry in the nature.                                                                                         
• Gas stove
• Kitchen equippment is avaliable in the cottage.
• BBQ in BBQ or on the ground not allowed at the cottage if it´s dry in the nature.
• Out door toilet.
• Water for dishes/ handwash are filled up by arrival.
• Bottles/ cans for drinking water you bring your self.                                                                 

• You sign a rental agreement when you get the key.

        RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS             

• The guest may not at any time sublet or offer the cottage for rent to anyone else without exception.
• The owner or landlord is responsible for insuring the home.
• The owner or landlord is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. 
• Owner has a key and will have access to the home when the owner deems it an emergency or believes the terms and conditions of the rental agreement are not being followed.
• The guest is responsible to take care of the house and report to the owner immediately any damage to the cottage.
• Trash is sorted according to the landlords instruktioner.
• Use of boat and is at your own risk.
• No Smoking inside the home or on the deck!

• BBQ IN A BBQ OR ON THE GROUND IS FORBIDDEN IN DRY WEATHER !
• NOT ALLOWED TO USE THE FIREPLACE IN DRY WEATER!
